Order Processing

Each order undergoes a meticulous quality inspection before it is dispatched. For jewelry pieces currently in stock, we typically prepare and ship within 2–3 business days. For bespoke, personalized, or made-to-order creations, additional lead time will apply. The exact timeframe will be communicated to you at the point of purchase.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to treasure your LUVURS jewelry. If however, your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are pleased to accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility:

  • Return must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery

  • Jewelry must be unworn, in its original pristine condition, and accompanied by its packaging and proof of purchase.

  • Custom designs, engraved pieces, and bespoke or made-to-order creations are final sale and therefore non-returnable.

  • Items showing signs of wear, alternation, or damage will not be accepted.

Process:

  1. Please contact our team at services@luvurs.co with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Upon approval, you will be provided with detailed instructions.

  3. Once the item is received and passes inspection, we will process your exchange, issue store credit.

Return Shipping:

  • Unless the item is defective or an error has been made on our part, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured courier service, as LUVURS cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Damages or incorrect items

  • Your satisfaction is our priority. Should your jewelry arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or correction at no additional cost to you.
